Contest Rules & Regulations

Official Model Search Rules 1. How to enter: Fill out this form. Completed entries must be received by January 15th 2012. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. All entry information must be clearly and legibly typed. All submissions become the property of Factor Women Model Management and will not be returned. 2. Eligibility: All submitting models must be at least 13 years of age. All under age models must avert their parents of their submission. Applying models cannot be part of any other modeling contest. If signed with another agency the applying model must specify which agency this is. 3. Judging Process: A panel of celebrity judges, and Factor Women team will review all submissions and select finalists on the basis of overall appearance and photogenic qualities. The finalists will be chosen by February 1st 2012 and notified by phone/e-mail and will be required to send additional photos and make a two-minute video on why they should be the next Factor Model. Voting will then be open to the public, as well as the VIP judges. Public votes will count for 33% and judges' votes will count for 67% of total. 4. Winner Selection / Prizes: Depending on the applying models’ potential One winner and possibly several runner ups will be selected. Prizes for the winner will include: 1. A general modeling contract with Factor Women Model Management (terms to be defined upon winning). 2. Winner receives an editorial photo shoot for a fashion magazine. 3. One photo shoot – for the models’ portfolio. 4. A gift certificate. 5. Professional style and makeup consultation with Looks Salon? 6. Runners up will be awarded a modeling contract and a gift certificate. 5. General: Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects. All winners will be required to execute, without change, standard model agreements in the contract prepared by Factor Women Model Management. 6. No purchase is necessary to be eligible for the contest.
